- Discovery call booking: Information submitted via Calendly (name, email, availability)
- Client intake: Business details including company name, industry, headcount, revenue, tech stack, strategic goals, and pain points — provided when you engage us for an assessment
- Payment: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details on our servers
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiries and schedule discovery calls
- To deliver AI readiness assessments and associated reports
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, report delivery, portal access)
- To improve our services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform, including services for:
- Database and authentication hosting
- Website and application hosting
- Transactional email delivery
- Payment processing
- Discovery call scheduling
- AI analysis of client data to generate assessment reports
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data protection obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact information and assessment data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable legal obligations. Client assessment data is retained for a minimum of 2 years to allow for follow-up engagements. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls limiting data to authorised personnel only. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
