Terms of Service | Quantheos

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Quantheos Technologies ("Quantheos", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using our platform at app.quantheostechnologies.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Quantheos provides AI strategy consulting, including:

AI Readiness Assessment — scored across 5 dimensions
Prioritised AI opportunity report (6–10 initiatives)
90-day implementation roadmap
Live walkthrough session

The scope of each engagement is confirmed at the time of payment. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full before analysis begins
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
Pricing is confirmed during the discovery call and agreed before invoicing
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST may apply for Indian clients)

4. Refund Policy

After analysis begins: No refunds once the AI assessment process has started, as work is performed immediately upon payment
If Quantheos is unable to deliver the agreed assessment, a full refund will be issued

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver completed assessments within 14 business days of receiving all required client information. Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of client information will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. AI Assessment Disclaimer

Our assessments are generated using AI-assisted analysis and expert review. You acknowledge that:

ROI estimates, cost projections, and implementation timelines are indicative only and not guarantees of actual business outcomes
Results depend on accurate and complete information provided by the client during intake
Quantheos assessments are strategic recommendations, not financial, legal, or technical advice
Implementation of recommendations is the client's responsibility and at the client's discretion

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the assessment report delivered to them. Quantheos retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, scoring frameworks, and platform technology used to generate the report.

8. Confidentiality

Quantheos treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., secure cloud secure cloud-based AI processing) or as required by law. Client names and case studies will not be used in marketing without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantheos' total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
